Easy way to create high quality air in your home

It won’t surprise you to hear that the majority of people spend the bulk of their time indoors, whether its at home or work. Because of that it is super beneficial to create a high quality air you and your family breathe in and this is where houseplants can help you with that.

In the late ‘80s NASA joined forces with ALCA and conducted a Clean Air Study to determine the most effective air-filtering plants.

While the research dates back to over 25 years ago, the findings stood have the test of time, and are regarded as the most comprehensive and accurate results to date.

For optimal air-filtering, NASA recommends placing at least one plant per 100 square feet of home or office space.
